Wellness Classes
For those who like to stay active even during their holiday, we offer different wellness classes.
We have several classes available: Yoga, Fitness and Dance. We also offer custom training sessions.
Classes are subject to availability. Please make sure to book your class at least 12 hours in advance.

Yoga classes
Hatha Flow: Classes for all levels, with slow and expressive movements, through different postures that challenge strength and flexibility. Focusing, at the same time, on relaxation and mindfulness.

Fitness
PILATES
Pilates is a method consisting of stretching and muscle strengthening exercises aimed at improving balance, flexibility and posture.
WORKOUT (HIIT)
HIIT is high-intensity interval training, during which vigorous exercise is interspersed with periods of rest, performed with the aim of accelerating metabolism.

Wellness Teachers
Susane Creuwels
She has been practicing yoga since 1999. For Susanne, yoga has evolved from a physical practice to a way of life. "I am grateful to be able to share my passion for the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga in my classes. I do this by using awareness of the breath as a guide, being concerned with how each one feels the pose in personal alignment ."
