We offer a convenient luggage storage service for our guests.
If you arrive early on your check-in day and wish to explore the village or the beach, we can safely store your bags at no additional charge.
Likewise, on your check-out day, we can hold onto your bags at no extra cost. Additionally, we have a wellness area where you can take a refreshing shower before you depart.

Samsung 4G Smartphone
We provide our guests with a Samsung 4G Smartphone , with 30 minutes of national and international calls per day and unlimited internet. You can also use the AlmaLusa Hotels app , which includes suggestions and tips and through which you can request reservations for restaurants and taxis. Reception and our Concierge service are available 24 hours a day through the app's chat.

Grab&Go Service
Throughout the day, our guests can use the Grab&Go service. All you have to do is go to the dining area of your choice, which is open at the time in question, and get your order.
A separate container with the requested items will be prepared and delivered to you on the spot, so you can take it with you.
The Grab&Go service is available at AlmaLusa Café, The RoofTop Bar, Library Bar and Duna room, during opening hours.

Bicycle Rental
So that you can explore the streets, roads and trails of Comporta, we have bicycles available for rental (suitable for 1 person). In addition, we have created some itineraries, available on the AlmaLusa Hotels app.
Please visit our Reception to book your bike and have it assigned to you.

Early Breakfast
Should you require breakfast before 8am, we have a limited selection of products available.
Please inform Reception the day before by 6pm about the items you wish to include, the time you wish to have your early breakfast and whether you intend to have it in the Duna room or use the Grab&Go service.

Laundry
Put your clothes in the laundry bag in your room and deliver it to our team by 1pm on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Delivery is made within 48 hours. Dry cleaning upon availability.
In case of loss or damage, there will be a compensation of up to 5 times the value of cleaning/ironing the piece.
