Supplements

Additional guests
The prices presented per package include up to 2 people. You can add extra people to your reservation for an additional fee. The suites allow occupancy for up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old, with children accommodated on a sofa bed depending on their age. The suites also allow occupancy for up to 2 adults and 1 child aged 13 years or older, or 1 additional adult on a sofa bed.

Additional Information

Breakfast
Stays do not include breakfast. However, you can enjoy a 25% discount if you choose our buffet breakfast. This service is available from 8am to 11am in the Duna Room and on the pool terrace whenever weather conditions permit.

Cleaning Service
Enjoy the weekly cleaning service on Mondays.

Laundry Package
We offer our laundry package with 20 basic clothing items (T-shirts, underwear, jeans, pajamas) per week. If you need to wash additional items, benefit from a 50% discount on washing and drying and a 25% discount on the full ironing service..

Bicycles
As part of the packages, we provide regular or electric bicycles. The usage time for each bicycle will be limited and subject to availability. If you prefer a different model, please inquire at the Reception about availability and additional costs. You can also choose to rent bikes for additional days - special price of 7,50€/day for a regular bike.

Availability
These packages are available from 15th October to 30th April except for the periods from
March 26th to April 4th and December 27th to January 3rd.

Rates are subject to availability. The hotel will confirm availability based on reservation requests sent to reservas.cp@almalusahotels.com.

Reservations and/or cancellations will not be accepted over the phone but only in writing to reservas.cp@almalusahotels.com.


Guarantee Policy
The full payment is made at the time of booking.* The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation that does not meet these requirements. For more information, please contact us at reservations.cp@almalusahotels.com.


Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable Prepaid Rate, where the total amount is charged at the time of booking.* In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations will only be valid upon written confirmation from AlmaLusa Comporta.


*For stays longer than 15 days, payment will be made bi-weekly.
