City tax of €4 per night per person to be paid at check-in, with a maximum amount of €28 per person per stay for guests over 13 years of age.

Identification | For security reasons, check-in is carried out upon presentation of a valid identification document for each guest.
Reservation guarantee | A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Reservations: 8 days prior to arrival, a pre-authorization will be made on your card for the amount of one night. Payment for the stay and the city tax will be made at the time of check-in. Promotional or pre-paid rates will be charged at the time of booking. The city tax must be paid at the time of check-in. If the credit card holder is not staying at the hotel, they will be asked to complete and sign a separate authorization form and present a copy of their identification document. Group Reservations | The website can only be used for individual reservations that include up to five rooms. For reservations that include five or more rooms, considered group reservations, please contact the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to apply specific cancellation and payment policies to group reservations.
Cancellations | Direct bookings may be cancelled or modified, in accordance with the defined conditions. To cancel or modify your booking and avoid a penalty, please contact us at reservas.af@almalusahotels.com . Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from AlmaLusa Alfama. This policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings or packages.
Early check-in | If you wish to check in before 3pm, you must make a reservation for the previous night. Contact us for more information.
Late check-out | Up to 2:00 pm, free of charge. From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, 50% of the daily rate. After 4:00 pm, 100% of the daily rate. Any late check-out is subject to availability.
Children | Children up to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. A cot for children up to 3 years old can be placed in the room, subject to availability (not available for our Interior Room, Mini Deluxe Room and Deluxe Room).
Disabled access | A room for disabled guests is available upon request and subject to availability. Our facilities are equipped for guests with reduced mobility. Contact us for more information.
Pets | Not allowed.
Parking | The hotel does not offer on-site parking. However, there is an underground public car park, subject to an additional charge, conveniently located a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
